Day 3 blogmass - quite a long post

Its day 3 of blogmass and unfortunately i have no photos to post yet but oh well i hope you enjoy a friendly post instead

Today i made christmas cookies which i never took a photo of eek! but oh well exciting news on the 14th i am going christmas shopping and going to see hunger games in the cinema so i will have pictures then.

Today's post i suppose is another update and some advice

here is the advice part


Lately a few of my friends and people i know have been going threw tough situations where its hard to know how to react and resolve i am not just going to talk about if you are going threw a tough time but also on the persons friends.

If you are going threw a tough time where you feel just sad and just down then things do get better just cheer up do things that make you happy make sure your around positive people don't change your friends just think positive i myself have been one of those people who feel down like your life is just bad but its not true its life life is never the same and changes all the time which can mean you feel bad but i promise it gets better there always sunshine after the cloud if your are feeling down you have already felt what its like so all you can do now is pull threw.


If you are the friend of some one who is feeling down then attempt to cheer them up if it doesn't work don't keep pressuring them to cheer up if you think its working or will work then try but you have to be positive if you are not cheery and happy then it will make your friend more down if you think you need to step in then you do that "never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game" if you feel like your contribution will help then you try because that is the best you can do organize days with that friend if they are around you and you are cheery and happy there is a good chance they will cheer up. To be the friend it can be hard you feel like giving up your self but don't you don't want to be feeling down all the time its not nice.

Most people tell you to tell your parents or teachers but i don't feel that works it might work for you but if it doesn't your best option is your friends they can be the best option because they are your age and might be going threw the same as you the main message hear is it does get better just cheer up there is always sunshine after dark
